Our Current System
KasiStay simplifies the rental process during busy periods by:
- Providing a streamlined platform for landlords to advertise rooms
- Offering tenants an easy way to find verified accommodations
- Charging landlords only a small fee for property uploads (R50 per listing)
- Keeping tenant access completely free
How do I create an account?
Click "Register" at the top right corner and select either "I'm a Landlord" or "I'm a Tenant". Follow the steps to verify your account via email and phone number.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently KasiStay is web-based but fully mobile-responsive. We're developing native apps for iOS and Android - sign up for our newsletter to be notified when they launch!

KasiStay verifies all tenants through:
- South African ID verification (Optional)
- Phone number confirmation
- Email verification
How do rent payments work?
During our current phase:
- Tenants pay rent directly to you
- We provide payment reminder tools
- You manage the rental agreement
- KasiStay doesn't take any percentage

How do I find a rental?

What documents do I need to apply?
Typically you'll need:

KasiStay is completely free for tenants:

You only pay:
- The rent agreed with the landlord
- A security deposit (typically 1 month's rent)
